Carlos supports the commercial development of the long-standing partnership between Turbine Field Solutions and Rochem FYREWASH®.

Working closely with customers, technical teams and international partners, he helps identify opportunities where compressor cleaning forms part of a wider strategy to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.

Carlos is particularly proud of helping position Rochem FYREWASH® as an integrated maintenance solution rather than simply a product, combining Rochem's technology with TFS's field service expertise to deliver greater value for customers across Mexico.

Laura has led the commercial development of the Rochem FYREWASH® brand across Mexico since 2020, building strong customer relationships and providing technical guidance to support turbomachinery maintenance.

One of Laura's proudest achievements has been helping establish Rochem FYREWASH® as the supplier for approximately 80% of Mexico's combined-cycle power plants generating electricity for CFE.

She believes successful projects are built on trust, reliable technical support, and helping customers achieve measurable improvements in equipment performance.
