Hannah Tedder

Background

Hannah joined Rochem FYREWASH® in 2025 as Marketing and Business Analyst, bringing together a unique combination of creative, technical and analytical experience.

After completing a BA (Hons) in Fashion, she began her career as a Buying Assistant for The Range before deciding she wanted a more creative, hands-on role.

She completed a PGCE in Secondary Design &Technology and went on to spend more than 16 years teaching in schools across the South West, leading Fashion & Textiles departments at two schools and teaching a wide range of design-based subjects.

Alongside teaching, Hannah founded and ran her own business during the COVID pandemic, designing products from concept through to manufacture while managing the branding, marketing and e-commerce. The experience sparked a passion for marketing and business development, ultimately leading her to join Rochem.

Today, Hannah supports the company's marketing and business analysis activities, helping communicateRochem's products and expertise to customers around the world.

She particularly enjoys taking complex engineering topics and making them accessible through clear, engaging content, drawing on the communication skills developed throughout her teaching career.

Committed to continuous professional development, Hannah is currently studying for an MBA in Digital Marketing, further developing her knowledge of strategic marketing and business management.

Outside work, Hannah enjoys travelling, swimming, spending time at the beach, renovating her home and making the most of family time with her son, Freddie.
