Louise Dale

Background

Louise Dale is an HR Consultant at Waterside HR Ltd and has been supporting Rochem FYREWASH® since 2017, initially through Cutler & Co HR before continuing the partnership with Waterside HR from 2020.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Louise has worked across the NHS, private sector, Civil Service and HR consultancy. After completing a degree in Business Studies, she began her career in finance before moving into recruitment and eventually specialising in HR. Throughout her career, she has supported hundreds of SMEs with practical employment advice and people management.

At Rochem FYREWASH®, Louise provides HR guidance, employment law advice and documentation, helping managers navigate employee matters and ensuring the business remains compliant with continually evolving legislation.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys keeping up to date with the ever-changing world of employment law and helping businesses build positive, effective workplaces.
